Providing tailored therapeutic support that reflects the individual person.

Present Practice is a small psychology service, that strives to provide tailored therapeutic support to individual clients. Utilising an evidence-based approach to therapy, Present Practice provides high-quality therapeutic interventions to address a range of presentations.

We acknowledge that all our clients are unique and as such, our support provides a strong focus on relational attunement, working to ensure our clients feel safe, valued and understood.

Unfortunately we are not currently taking on new clients.

Finding
the right fit

Finding the right psychologist can be a daunting process. It is also an important part of ensuring effective support can be implemented throughout treatment. To help assist in this process, prior to booking in your first session, Present Practice offers a free, no obligation, 10 minute introductory phone call. In this time, you are able to ask questions, provide some detail about yourself and seek clarification on anything you are unsure about.
